Our deliciously bison snack sticks and more mild flat sticks bursting with flavor are each individually wrapped and inspected.  They are a great healthy snack with low cholesterol, fat, and calories.

Meat Pricing on 1/4, 1/2, or Whole Animals

1/4 Animal - $3.25 per pound of hanging weight
1/2 Animal - $3.00 per pound of hanging weight
Whole Animal - $2.75 per pound of hanging weight

When purchasing 1/2 or a whole animal, you will get your choice in the cuts of meat and thickness that you prefer. When purchasing 1/4 of an animal, you will get our choice of cuts of meat and will be sliced 3/4" thick for steaks. All meat will be packaged in clear cryovac packaging (vacuum sealed). During processing, there is usually about a 35% loss in meat from the hanging weight.

Pricing includes the processing fees, butcher fees and USDA fees. Customer will be responsible for any additional charges incurring on special requests.

For example, if you are purchaing 1/2 an animal with a hanging weight of 500 pounds:

Animal Cost of $3.00 per pound at 250 pounds
You would end up with about 162 pounds of meat.
